Piou Piou / Ourson Club

For little ones from 4 to 5 years old,
from Piou-Piou to Ourson level

The snow is a playground for the little ones!
At the Piou Piou Club, children discover the snow and experience skiing in a safe and fun environment. You can book a 6 or 7-day week (starting on Sunday) or a 5-day week (starting on Monday).
We also offer a half-day trial lesson on Sunday or Monday for the youngest which must be booked at the esf office.

All the activities are done through animations linked to the discovery of the 5 key characters in the story of Piou-Piou's adventures.

Piou-Piou will introduce your child to the snow
With Blanchot, your child will slide for the first time
Sifflote helps your child descend in snowplough in a controlled movement
To avoid Garolou, they learn to change direction
Just like Ourson, your child will learn to use ski lifts, control their speed, move in several ways with their skis, slide with the skis parallel and stop with a snowplough turn.

For the week of your stay, we can offer private lessons.

esf la Tania reserves the right to modify the service or the duration of the lessons if there are less than 4 registered students for the same level.
Prices do not include: lift passes, equipment rental, insurance in case of accident.

The options are proposed during the booking, after the choice of the lessons.

For the Piou-Piou / Ourson Club, at the beginning of the week, children don't need a lift pass. The instructor will let you know when it is necessary.

We anwer all your questions

Do I need to book in advance?

During or outside school holidays, it is highly recommended to book your little one's lessons in advance (especially if you choose the morning option) in order to guarantee their enrollment at Club Piou-Piou.
We also recommend that you take out the Carré Neige Intégrale insurance (check our "Insurance" section)
However, for a trial lesson, we invite you to come to our ticket office as soon as you arrive in the resort to book the trial lesson (according to our availability).

Can we attend the lessons?

Try to stay hidden. If your child sees you, they will not focus on the lesson and will make more slow progress with their new friends.
Ask your child for a debrief at the end of the lesson. We have your phone number and we will contact you quickly in case of any problem.

Do I need to provide my child with a snack?

No, it is not necessary: a small snack is provided by esf during the morning and afternoon breaks.
In case of allergies or health problems, you can fill out our Club Piou-Piou health form .

Do I need a lift pass?

Children don't need a lift pass for the Club Piou-Piou lessons. However, the lift pass is delivered for free to children under 5 years old at the lift ticket office upon presentation of a proof of age.

Is there a ski lessons + daycare option?

Yes, the "La Tanière des Croés" daycare in La Tania offers a meal + daycare option for your little ones before or after their ski lessons in our Piou-Piou Club. The daycare staff and our instructors ensure the communication between the Piou-Piou Club and the daycare centre.
Before registering your child at the Piou-Piou Club, you must contact "La Tanière des Croés" daycare centre to book the daycare + meal option (or vice versa). As soon as the daycare registration is confirmed, you will be able to book online the ski lessons at the Piou-Piou Club for your child.
